深层煤炭热解反应特征及影响因素研究

摘要: 煤炭地下气化技术是一种将深层煤炭直接转化为煤层气的高效方法,在减少环境影响的同时可满足能源需求。为实现深层煤炭资源的有效动用,针对深层煤气化过程中热解反应特征及影响因素不清的问题,以辽河深层煤炭为例,通过实验方法研究升温速率和压力对煤样热解行为及产物特征的影响,探讨热解释放规律和产物组成变化。结果表明:辽河深层煤炭最佳升温速率为10 ℃/min,该升温速率下半焦产量随压力增加而显著上升;压力对气相产物组成的影响显著,当压力为0.1 MPa时,热解产物主要为H2和CO;当压力为4.0 MPa时,CH4占比最高,为47.2%。该研究可为辽河深层煤炭地下气化技术提供理论依据和技术参考。

Abstract: Underground coal gasification(UCG)is an efficient method to directly convert deep coal into coalbed methane(CBM),meeting energy needs while reducing environmental impact.In order to effectively utilize deep coal resources,this study used deep coal from the Liaohe Basin as an example to clarify pyrolysis reaction characteristics and influencing factors in the deep coal gasification process.Experiments were conducted to investigate the effects of heating rate and pressure on the pyrolysis behavior and product characteristics of coal samples,and to explore the patterns of gas release during pyrolysis and the variations in product composition.The results show that for Liaohe deep coal,the optimal heating rate is 10 ℃/min,at which the semi-coke yield increases significantly with increasing pressure.Pressure has a notable influence on the composition of gaseous products:at 0.1 MPa,the pyrolysis gas consists mainly of H2 and CO,whereas at 4.0 MPa the CH4 content is highest at 47.2%.This study provides theoretical support and technical reference for the underground coal gasification of deep coal in the Liaohe Basin.
